A gift card message, attached to the bouquet/box, can be added as a separate option at checkout. • We promise delivery within your selected time slot; in rare cases beyond our control, you'll be notified in advance.
• We deliver across Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman, with next-day delivery to other emirates.
• If picking up in-store, please inspect the arrangement before leaving — we are not responsible for damage occurring after pickup.

• Keep the bouquet/arrangement away from direct sunlight, heat, and air conditioning vents.
• Store in a cool, shaded spot to help the flowers stay fresh longer.
• If you'd like to extend freshness, unwrap the flowers, trim the stems at an angle, and place them in a vase with fresh water — changing the water every 1–2 days.
• If kept wrapped/unwatered as a display piece, a light misting of water on the petals every day or two will help keep them looking fresh.
• Avoid placing near ripening fruits, as they release gases that speed up wilting.
• Handle gently to avoid bruising the petals.
